Professionally known as Adam and socially known as Symo. I’m a naturally curious human, who loves a comical podcast, a true crime TV series and a good book. I fell into User Experience by accident; I went to University with the intention of becoming a web developer when I discovered UX. My favourite parts of the job include mentorship, advocation for the power of research, collaborative working and playing back reports to clients.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work in some fantastic agencies allowing for access to a wide variety of industries and clients. I then made the move from agency to in-house where I spent 2.5 years working in Global Trade for HSBC. Throughout my career so far I have been lucky enough to deliver projects across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia.

Australia π¦πΊ, Bangladesh π§π©, Canada π¨π¦, Egypt πͺπ¬, France π«π·, Germany π©πͺ, Hong Kong ππ°, Kuwait π°πΌ, Malaysia π²πΎ, Mexico π²π½, Oman π΄π², Phillippines π΅π, Poland π΅π±, Singapore πΈπ¬, UAE π¦πͺ, UK π¬π§ and USA πΊπΈ.
My ultimate career goal is to have my own team working collaboratively to create better outcomes for clients, showing the value of research and shaping digital propositions for the better.
I believe that research is a powerful tool that uncovers the insights required for successful products and services, positively impacting the lives of people across the world. Adopting research correctly saves both time and money whilst increasing the chances of a successful product or service, better ROI and better uptake figures, as shown in my graph below.
